Netflix Error F7702-1003

If you get the error code F7702-1003 on your computer with this message:

Pardon the interruption
We're having trouble playing Netflix. Please make sure you're using the latest version of Firefox and try again.

It means your version of Firefox isn't supported and needs to be updated to work with Netflix.

To fix the problem:

Mac

If your computer has macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later installed:

Update Firefox
  1. In the upper right corner of the browser, click More more button.

  2. Click Settings, then scroll down to Firefox Updates.

  3. Click Restart to Update Firefox. If you see the message "Firefox is up to date," your browser is already on the latest version.

  4. Try Netflix again.

If you have trouble updating Firefox or get an Update Failed error, follow Mozilla's steps to fix a software update issue.


If your computer has a version earlier than macOS 10.15 installed:

Your computer can't update to the latest browser versions needed to play Netflix.

To use Netflix, you'll need to use a Netflix-supported device.

Windows

Update Firefox

  1. In the upper right corner of the browser, click More more button.

  2. Click Settings, then scroll down to Firefox Updates.

  3. Click Restart to Update Firefox. If you see the message "Firefox is up to date," your browser is already on the latest version.

  4. Try Netflix again.

Shut down your computer

  1. Shut down your computer through the menu:

    • For Mac: At the top left, click the Apple menu > Shut Down.

    • For Windows: From the Start menu, click Power > Shut down.

    • For Chromebook: From the bottom right, click on the time > Sign out > Shut down.

  2. Leave your computer off for at least 10 seconds.

  3. Turn it back on, then try Netflix again.
