Netflix Error 11003

If you experience the error code 11003, it typically points to information or a setting on your device that is preventing it from reaching the Netflix service. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.

Android phone or tablet

Confirm the system settings
  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Scroll down and select Developer options.

    • This is usually found under System or General.

  3. Under Apps, uncheck Do not keep activities.

  4. Re-launch the Netflix app and try to stream again.

If you do not see Developer options:

  1. From Settings, scroll down and select About device.

    • This is usually found under System or General.

  2. Select Software info.

  3. Scroll to where Build number is displayed.

  4. Press on the Build number five times until a pop-up displays stating developer mode enabled. This will create a new settings option titled Developer options.

  5. Select Developer options.

  6. Under Apps, uncheck Do not keep activities.

  7. Re-launch the Netflix app and try to stream again.

Kindle Fire

Restart your tablet

  1. Hold the Power button on the side of your tablet.

  2. When you see the message Do you want to shut down your Kindle? or Do you want to shut down your Fire?, tap Shut Down, Power Off, or OK.

  3. Once the device is completely powered off, hold the Power button until you see the Kindle or Amazon logo.

  4. Try Netflix again.

Restart your home network

  1. Turn off your device, then unplug your modem and router from power.

  2. After 30 seconds, plug in your modem and router.

  3. Wait 1 minute, then turn on your device.

  4. Try Netflix again.

Note:
Some devices, modems, and routers might take longer to reconnect to the Internet.
