Netflix App Freezes, Crashes or Gets Stuck at a Certain Percentage

If the Netflix Application on your device does one of the following when trying to play a title:

  • Freezes
  • Crashes
  • Hangs on a red screen
  • Gets stuck loading at a certain percentage
  • Otherwise becomes unresponsive

Try turning the device completely off or unplugging it and plug it back in, turn the device on and try loading the Netflix Application again.
