NET / Claro billing for Netflix is currently available to eligible customers who sign up for a new Netflix account or rejoin through the NET website or set-top box.
To check if you are billed through NET, visit the Membership and Billing section of your Netflix Account page. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
You can also check with NET to see if Netflix is a part of your service package.
If you no longer want to have Netflix charged to your NET bill and wish to pay directly through Netflix, please visit Netflix.com/YourAccountPayment to switch to a new payment method. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
If you would like to make changes to how you pay your NET bill, please contact NET directly.
Netflix is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed by NET. If you believe that you were charged in error, and you’ve confirmed that no one in your household created an account on your behalf, contact NET for support. If you are seeing the message “Sorry, we can't find an account with this email address,” follow the steps below.
Check to see if you are still signed in to Netflix on the device you used to sign up. If so, you can access your account information and update your email address.
If you are signed in to Netflix on your NET set-top box, you should be able to access your account details. Launch the Netflix app and follow these steps:
From the home screen within the Netflix app on your set-top box, press the up arrow on your remote until you get to the menu bar, then select Settings.
To update the account email address, select Change email.
If prompted, enter the account password and choose Next.
Enter a new email address and choose Next.
Choose Back to Settings.
If you are still unable to access your account:
Visit the NET website and sign in to your NET account to be redirected to Netflix.com.
You will be directed to a sign-in page with your email address auto-populated. You can sign in to your Netflix account from this page, and update your email address if necessary.
