Netflix Error NSEZ-403

It typically points to information stored on your browser that needs to be refreshed, or to a network connectivity issue. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Windows or Mac computers

Sign in on another device

To pinpoint your issue, sign in to Netflix on a different device using the same network as your computer.

Note:
If you are already signed in to another device, first sign out of Netflix, then sign in again.
  • If you see an error when you sign in or try to watch on that device, it means we can't connect your account to the Netflix service right now. Please try again later.

  • If you don't see an error but can't watch on that device, contact customer service.

All other devices

Go to Netflix.com on a web browser
  1. Using a different computer or mobile device, connect to the same Wi-Fi or network as the device having the issue.

  2. Open a web browser, then go to netflix.com/clearcookies and sign in to your Netflix account.

    • If you get the error NSEZ-403, it means we can't connect your account to the Netflix service right now. Please try again later.

    • If you don't get an error in your browser while doing this step, there may be a different issue. Contact us for more help.
