I can't select anything within the Netflix app on my Xbox 360.

If you are unable to select a movie or TV show but can still navigate through the Netflix app, it typically points to multiple controllers being used with the app. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Turn off all controllers connected to your Xbox 360

  1. Hold the Guide button in the middle of the Xbox 360 controller for 3 seconds.

  2. Select Turn Off Controller.

Repeat the above steps until no controllers or gamepads are powered on or connected to the Xbox 360. This includes anything that can be used to control the Xbox 360, including guitar controllers, wired gamepads or the Xbox SmartGlass app.

Turn on one Xbox 360 controller and try again

  1. Hold the Guide button in the middle of the Xbox 360 controller for 3 seconds.

  2. Once the controller is powered on, attempt to play a movie or TV show again.
