Find the PayPal Invoice ID or Billing ID

If you are using PayPal to pay for Netflix, our Customer Service team will need to verify your PayPal Invoice ID or Billing ID to make any changes to your Netflix account.

Find your PayPal Invoice ID through PayPal

1. Go to your PayPal Activity page (you may be prompted to sign in).

2. Choose the most recent Netflix.com charge.

3. View the Invoice ID.

Find your PayPal Invoice ID through Email

1. Go to the email account you used to set up PayPal.

2. Search for emails from service@paypal.com for the most recent Netflix.com purchase receipt.

3. Select View or Manage Payment.

   • You'll be redirected to PayPal to view your transaction (you may be prompted to sign in).

4. View the Invoice ID on the transaction details page.

Find your PayPal Billing ID through PayPal

1. Go to Manage Automatic Payments on your PayPal account (you may be prompted to sign in).

2. Select Netflix.com under the Automatic Payments list.

   • If Netflix.com is listed multiple times, start from the top and view each one until you see a Total billed amount greater than $0.00.

     Note:

     Total billed amounts for $0.00 typically indicate a failed transaction, and we need the billing ID from a successful transaction.

3. View the Billing ID (B-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX).

To update the payment method for your PayPal account, visit PayPal’s website or contact PayPal’s customer support for help.
