If you experience the error code M7355-1203 while watching on your computer, it typically points to a problem with your browser. Using unsupported browsers, such as Speed Browser, can interfere with the player Netflix uses to play movies and TV shows. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Ensure your browser is supported

  • Internet Explorer 11 or later on Windows 8.1 or later

  • Microsoft Edge on Windows 10

    • Supported on stable, official release builds from Mozilla. Non-Mozilla builds are not supported.

  • Opera version 47 or later on Windows 7 or later or Mac OS X 10.10 or later (Yosemite)

  • Safari on Mac OS X 10.10 or later (Yosemite)

Disable Chrome Extensions

If you're using Chrome, you may want to disable unnecessary add-ons before trying again. To disable extensions in Chrome:

  1. In the Address Bar in Chrome, type chrome://extensions.

  2. In the list of extensions, use the toggle to disable any extensions that are currently enabled (enabled extensions will display a blue toggle).

    Note:
Extensions listed under Chrome Apps do not need to be disabled.
  3. Try Netflix again

If these steps resolve your issue, you may want to try enabling your extensions one by one to see which one is preventing the Netflix website from functioning correctly.

Reinstall Google Chrome

  1. Follow the steps in Google's support article to uninstall the Chrome browser.

  2. Once you have completed uninstalling the Chrome browser, follow the steps in Google's support article to install the Chrome browser.

  3. Once Chrome is installed, try Netflix again.
