How do I test the Internet connection on my Sanyo TV?
If your device is having problems staying connected to Netflix, you will want to make sure your device is connected to the Internet.
- Simply try another Internet based application.
- If you can't connect to other apps, you may need to troubleshoot your home network or contact your device manufacturer for more help.
If your device does not have another Internet based application, continue below.
To verify that your Sanyo TV is connected to the Internet, begin from the Home screen and follow the steps below.
- From the main Home screen, select Setup.
- Select Network, then Connection Test.
- Select Start.
A successful connection test should take less than 30 seconds and a check mark will be displayed in each box on the screen.
