Restart your computer

  1. Shut your computer down completely and restart it.

  2. Try Netflix again.

Clear Google Chrome Browsing Data

  1. Click the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Scroll down and select Advanced.

  4. Under Privacy and security, select Clear Browsing Data.

  5. In the Clear the following items from drop-down, select the beginning of time.

  6. Check Cookies and other site data.

  7. Select Clear Browsing Data.

  8. Try Netflix again.

Delete the IndexedDB

  1. Type chrome://settings into the Google Chrome address bar, then press Enter.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Show advanced settings… .

  3. Under Privacy, select Content settings.

  4. Under Cookies, select All cookies and site data.

  5. Type netflix in the search bar to search for all stored Netflix cookies.

  6. Delete any cookie that lists Local storage in the Locally stored data column by highlighting that cookie and selecting X.

  7. Restart your Chrome browser and try Netflix again.
