Sending Mail to Netflix

Note: This article only applies to US customers.

Our distribution centers aren’t equipped to handle mailed requests. If you send a note with your disc, the shipping center will most likely send an email asking you to contact customer service about your concern.

The distribution centers don’t have access to your account information and can’t make any changes to your account.

The only time we would ask you to send a note with a disc is when you have lost or damaged both the sleeve and the red return mailer for your disc. In that case, please include a note with your Netflix account email address so we can credit the returned disc to your account.
