Netflix Error U7111-1331

Whoops, something went wrong
Streaming Error

If you get the error code U7111-1331 on your Windows computer, select the error message that appears on the screen for steps to fix the problem.

'Your plan does not support streaming on this device.'

Ad-supported plans aren't available on the Windows app.

To watch Netflix on the Windows app, you'll need to change to an ad-free plan.

Or, to watch Netflix and stay on your current plan, you'll need a supported web browser.

'This device doesn't support livestreaming'

A small percentage of devices that can play TV shows and movies don't support streaming live events. This is because either the Netflix app or software on the device can't be updated to support livestreaming.

To watch live, you'll need to use a device that supports livestreaming. If you don’t have a supported device, live events will typically be made available a few days after the livestream to watch just like other titles on Netflix. You'll see this message that your device doesn't support livestreaming until then.

'We're having trouble playing this title right now.'

Check if other TV shows or movies work

If you get the same problem with other TV shows or movies, skip these steps.

If other TV shows or movies play normally, you can tell us about the problem.

  2. In the list, find the TV show or movie with the issue and click Report a Problem.

  3. Follow the instructions, then click Report Problem.

Our content teams will work on fixing the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can still watch other TV shows and movies. For more information, go to How to report issues with a title.
