Netflix Error W8106-103

The error you're seeing is typically caused by:

  • An issue with stored information or settings on the device

  • An issue with the device connecting to your network

Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve this issue.

Delete the Netflix app from your Windows tablet

  1. From the Windows Start menu on your tablet, swipe down on or tap and hold the Netflix app.

  2. Select Uninstall from the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select Uninstall from the pop-up window.

The Netflix app is now removed from your Windows tablet.

Delete the Netflix app from your Windows computer

  1. From the Windows Start menu on your computer, right-click on the Netflix app.

  2. Select Uninstall from the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select Uninstall from the pop-up window.

The Netflix app is now removed from Windows.

Install the Netflix app

  1. From the Start menu select Store.

  2. Bring up the Charms Bar by swiping from the right or moving your mouse to the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Search.

  4. Type Netflix in the search box and press Enter.

  5. Select Netflix located in the results.

  6. Select Install.

    • If you are prompted to sign in, sign in with your Microsoft information.

  7. Return to the Start menu.

  8. Select the Netflix app.

  9. Select Sign in.

  10. Enter your Netflix email address and password.

  11. Select Sign In.
