How to use Netflix on your JVC TV

Use this article to learn about Netflix features on your JVC TV, and how to set up and sign out of your account.

Netflix is available on many JVC TVs. Netflix streaming features on supported TVs include:

Supported Regions
Netflix is available on JVC TVs in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Navigation
On most devices, you can browse through rows of TV shows and movies, including a row dedicated to your My List selections. Each row represents a category such as comedies, dramas, or TV shows that we show you based on what you’ve watched.

Resolution
Most devices can stream Netflix in high definition on fast internet connections and will play Netflix in their maximum supported resolution.

Parental controls
You can set parental controls on individual profiles.

Subtitles & alternate audio
Learn how to turn on subtitles, closed captions, and alternate audio (including 5.1 surround sound), which are available on many TV shows and movies. Many devices let you choose the appearance of subtitles and captions. Some devices display subtitles and captions in their default appearance, or aren't set up to display subtitles.

To connect your JVC TV to your Netflix account, make sure you are on the Home screen and select the option below that best describes your device.

If you see the ICE Apps button on your JVC remote

  1. Press the ICE Apps button on your remote.

  2. Highlight Netflix and press OK.

  3. Select Sign in.

  4. Enter the email and password associated with your Netflix account and select Continue.

Your device is now connected to your Netflix account.

If you see the Netflix button on your JVC remote

  1. Begin from your TV home screen.

  2. Press the Netflix button on your remote.

  3. Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In and follow the instructions on the screen.

To sign out of the Netflix account on your device, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Netflix home screen, then go left to open the menu.

  2. At the bottom, select Get Help > Sign out > Yes.

    Note:
    If you don't see Get Help, go up and select Settings settings icon.

If you can't find Get Help, Settings, or Sign out:

  1. Using your remote, press these buttons in this order: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.

  2. On the menu that appears, select Sign out, Start Over, Reset, or Deactivate.
