Netflix Error OF.NA.2

If you see the error code OF.NA.2 on your Android phone or tablet, often accompanied by one of the following messages:

Download Feature Not Enabled
Tap OK to reload the app or try a different device. (OF.NA.2)

The download feature is not currently enabled because of a device DRM error. Tap OK if you wish to reset the app and try again. (OF.NA.2)

It usually means that information stored on your device needs to be refreshed, or that there's a device compatibility issue. Select OK from the error screen to reload the Netflix app, then try to play your TV show or movie again.
