If you get the error code F7355 on your computer, it usually means your browser's version is out of date, or isn't supported. Follow the steps below to fix the problem.
Select Firefox from the menu bar.
Select About Firefox. This will check for updates and download any that are available.
Once updates are complete, select Restart Firefox to Update.
Try Netflix again.
