Installation
From the Netflix app
The Netflix app includes a Mobile Games row on the home screen and a Games tab at the bottom.
From the home screen in the app, swipe down to find the Mobile Games row, or tap the Games tab.
Note:Not seeing the Mobile Games row or Games tab? Make sure you have the latest Netflix app version. See How to update the Netflix app on your Android device.
Tap on the game, and tap Get Game. The Play Store will open.
Tap Install.
Depending on the game and your device settings, a Permissions screen may appear. Choose Accept.
The game will download and install. When complete, choose Open.
After a game is installed, you can open it from the Mobile Games row or Games tab in the Netflix app. You can also tap its icon on your device's home screen or in the app drawer.
The game will launch. Tap the Profile icon in the game if you'd like to change to a different profile and start playing!
From the Play Store
You can also search for a game in the Google Play Store.
Open the Play Store and search for the game by name or see all available Netflix games.
Select the game from the search results, and tap Install.
Depending on the game and your device settings, a Permissions screen may appear. Choose Accept.
The game will download and install. When complete, choose Open.

If prompted, tap Continue and then sign in using the email address and the password of your Netflix account
Choose your Netflix profile and start playing!
Netflix games aren't available in Kids profiles. A game may not appear for a profile if the profile’s maturity setting is set below the maturity rating of the game, or if your device isn't compatible with the game.

Yes. If both players are on the latest app version, you can enjoy quick and private co-op matches with players of the different versions of Bloons TD 6 or BTD6+.
Unfortunately, data syncing isn't supported between the three game versions.
While playing Bloons TD 6, you will encounter safe names for players on the standard paid and BTD6+ versions. But, you will see Netflix game handles when encountering other players on the Netflix version of the game.
Bloons TD 6 on Netflix is exactly the same game, offering the same content but without in-app purchases. Both versions will get the same updates, although there may be slight delays due to different review processes.
Having a problem with the game? Here are fixes to try for common problems.
If your game stops working, won't respond, or closes suddenly:
Close the game and any other apps running on your device, then try again.
Restart your device, then try again.
Check for available game updates and install them, then try again.
If your game doesn't perform well, lags, or visually skips or stutters:
Close the game and any other apps running on your device, then try again.
Check for available game updates and install them, then try again.
If you don't get any sound or the volume is too quiet:
Check your device's volume or sound settings. If your phone has a Silent or Do Not Disturb mode make sure it's off.
If the game has its own sound settings, check if they're on and turned up.
If your device is connected to a speaker or headphones using Bluetooth, try turning Bluetooth off and back on.
If the sound is choppy or stutters:
Close the game and any other apps running on your device, then try again.
Check for available game updates and install them, then try again.
If you get an NGP error, go to the matching article below for steps that fix the problem.
If you receive an error message saying "Game Types Not Compatible" while attempting to play co-op, it could mean that you or your co-op partner is not using the latest game version. To confirm if you both have the same version:
Go to the in-game settings menu
Check if the version number at the bottom of the screen matches.
If it doesn't, look for available game updates, install them, and try again.
If you are both using the latest version but still encounter this error, please contact the Ninja Kiwi support team with your userID. To find your userID, load the game and select the settings option (represented by the gear on the left-hand side). Your userID will be at the bottom of the screen.
If you see an error message stating "This feature is unavailable because your account has been flagged," please contact the Ninja Kiwi support team with your userID. If you experience loss of game progress, a game save reset, or missing items or currency:
Make sure you are logged into the correct Netflix account where the data was saved. You can switch Netflix accounts by clicking your Netflix account icon in the top right corner of the title screen or main menu.
If you are logged into the correct account and the data is still missing, please contact the Ninja Kiwi support team with your userID. To find your userID, load the game and select the settings option (represented by the gear on the left-hand side). Your userID will be at the bottom of the screen.
