If you experience the error code S7363-1260-48444350 on your Mac computer, it's typically caused by an unsupported monitor or screen. Apple only supports playback on internal monitors or through HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) compatible monitors. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Disconnect any external displays

Remove problematic software

We have found that using DisplayLink software can cause streaming issues. Remove the software by following the steps below:

  1. Select the Finder icon from the Dock at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Select Applications.

  3. Drag the DisplayLink app to the Trash.

  4. Right click the trash icon and select Empty Trash.

  5. Try Netflix again.

Restart your computer

  1. Shut your computer down completely and restart it.

  2. Try Netflix again.

Use an alternate browser
