Troubleshooting

If you’re having technical issues with the game, try the following:

  • ​Close and reopen the game.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Update the game through your app store.

  • Restart your device.

  • Make sure that you have enough free storage on your device.

  • Clear the game’s cache/data, which you can find in: Settings > Apps > Red Dead Redemption > Storage.

  • Reinstall the game if necessary.
