At-Home Audience Voting Rules
How to Participate. Netflix Real-Time interactivity feature(s) such as Real-Time Voting (“Real-Time Interactivity Features”) are available with your Netflix membership for certain Netflix content. To participate in Real-Time Interactivity Features, log in to your Netflix account, and follow directions for the specific content that includes Real-Time Interactivity Features. The specific rules, terms and the start and end dates and times to participate in Real-Time Interactivity Features will be listed on screen, and/or available on the Netflix Help Center. Any participation is subject to the Real-Time Interactivity Features conditions set forth in section 3 below.
Participation Period. The participation period, time or window shall be specified on netflix.com/votingrules. Participation times or windows may be subject to change. If there is a technical failure during a participation period, or any other event which prevents the outcome of participation or an entry to be determined, Netflix may close and reopen the participation period. Any entry or participation outside of the specified participation period will not be counted.
Real-Time Interactivity Features Conditions. Limit of one (1) entry or vote per profile applies to each Netflix Real-Time interactivity Feature. Netflix reserves the right to change the rules for participating or the limits on the number of votes for Real-Time Interactivity Features. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than the stated number of votes by using multiple or different Netflix accounts, profiles, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s vote. Real-Time Interactivity Features participation may be subject to verification and certification by an independent third party auditor. No bots or automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of participation are permitted. Participants who do not comply with these terms or who attempt to interfere with the Real-Time Interactivity Features process or operation in any way will be disqualified and their entry or vote will not be counted.
All decisions regarding the Real-Time Interactivity Features process shall be in Netflix’s sole and absolute discretion and shall not be subject to challenge or appeal. In the event that a decision or outcome of entries cannot be reasonably determined because of a technical failure or for any other reasons beyond Netflix or its partners’ reasonable control, Netflix will decide on the result and its decision shall be final and not subject to appeal. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt of the entry by Netflix. Netflix reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend Real-Time Interactivity Features should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, epidemics, pandemics, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Real-Time Interactivity Features process.
Release. Netflix, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the “Released Entities”) are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entries or participation information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed online transmissions which may limit one’s ability to participate, including any injury or damage to the participant’s or any other person’s platform, computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participating in Real-Time Interactivity Features or downloading any materials associated with Real-Time Interactivity Features. Released Entities are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, technically corrupted or misdirected votes, which will be disqualified.
