Performance Issues & Tips

If the game crashes, freezes, lags, or is not loading correctly, see the steps below that help to improve your experience:

  1. Make sure you download the game from the Google Play Store, as that is the only official version. Other versions may contain malware, which could affect your experience.

  2. Make sure you're running the latest version of the Android OS on your device. If you're having performance issues, check whether an update is available.

  3. Check if the device has enough free storage space available. Lack of space can cause crashes, slowness, connectivity issues, and other unexpected problems in any app. Free up space by removing unused apps, pictures, and videos.

  4. Free up device memory by closing apps that run in the background. Long play sessions can also burden device memory, so closing the game more frequently might improve performance.

  5. Restart the device and try the game again. The device's memory should be free, and app performance should be improved.

If the above tips aren't enough to improve your game performance, these may steps help:

  1. Go to the Settings of your device

  2. Open Apps > App Info

  3. In the list of your installed apps, search for the game

  4. Tap Storage.

  5. Then tap on Clear cache.

  6. Restart the game app.

If clearing the cache doesn't help, try deleting the game and installing it again from the Google Play Store.

  1. Always make sure you're running the latest iOS/iPadOS version on your Apple device. Enter Settings > General > Software, and check if an update is available.

  2. Check if the device has enough free storage space available. Lack of space can cause crashes, slowness, connectivity issues, and other unexpected problems in any app. Go to Settings > About and compare Capacity and Available. Free up space by removing unused apps, pictures, and videos.

  3. Free up device memory by closing apps that run in the background. To see the currently running apps on your device, you need to swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause near the middle of the screen until all open app cards appear. If you have an iPhone with a home button. Double-click it to see all apps currently running, then swipe them upwards to close them.

  4. Turn your device off and on again, then launch the game. The device's memory should be free, and app performance should be improved.

  5. Jailbroken devices are not supported, and playing on one may cause issues. In that's the case, you may need to reset your device entirely to fix the issues.

If these steps didn't help, contact Player Support from within the game. For details on how to do this, see How to report a bug.
