If you're having issues with your game disconnecting or difficulties logging in, it's always a good idea to first check that your internet connection is working smoothly. Try these tips to fix connection issues:

  1. Restart your device and try the game again. The device's memory should be free, app performance improved, and connection to the internet refreshed.

  2. Check that your mobile data signal (3G/4G/5G) is strong and stable (no sudden drops). The strength of your connection can fluctuate greatly when you are in a moving vehicle, such as a car, train, or subway, which can cause connection problems.

  3. If you're having Wi-Fi connection difficulties, make sure the network isn't overburdened (e.g., another device is streaming video), as this can affect speed. Also, make sure you're not too far away from the router. You can restart your router and see if that improves your connection.

  4. Other cases beyond your and our control can be general network slowness during peak hours or maintenance performed by your ISP.

If the game reloads after being inactive or after opening it from the background, this is normal behavior, as the game needs to reload to re-establish a connection to the servers.
