Update not available

If the new update is unavailable after the game redirects you to the Google Play Store, follow these steps:

1. Close the game entirely.

2. Open the Google Play Store app.

3. At the top right, tap the profile icon.

4. Tap Manage apps & device.

5. Under Updates Available, tap See details.

6. Tap the Update button next to the app.

If the update is still not showing, it may not be available in your region yet. Once Google pushes the update to the Play Store, you’ll be able to download and install it. It may take a couple of hours for the update to be available in the Play Store.

If the new update is not available to you after the game redirects you to the App Store, follow these steps:

1. Open the App Store.

2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.

3. Swipe down to see pending updates and release notes.

4. Tap Update next to the game app.

If the update is still not showing, it may not be available in your region yet. Once Apple pushes the update to the App Store, you’ll be able to download and install it. It may take a couple of hours for the update to be available in the App Store.
