Audio problems
Try the steps below for the issue you’re having:
No game sound
If there’s no sound at all:
Check your device’s volume and make sure Silent, Mute, or Do Not Disturb modes are turned off
Check the game’s audio settings and make sure General, SFX, Engine, and Music volumes are not set to 0%.
If you’re using Bluetooth headphones or speakers, try turning Bluetooth off and back on, or disconnecting and reconnecting the device
Sound is choppy or stuttering
If the audio cuts out or doesn’t play smoothly:
Close other apps running in the background
Make sure your device isn’t low on battery or in power-saving mode
If using Bluetooth audio, try moving closer to the device or switching to wired headphones
Restart the game (or your device) and try again
