How to report a bug

Report it directly in-game by following these steps:

  1. In the top right corner of the screen, tap your Profile.

  2. Tap the arrow next to your profile name and swipe down to Help.

  3. In the bottom right corner, tap the chat icon , swipe down, and choose Start a conversation.

  4. Select Game Issues & Bug Report and fill in the requested information.

Note: Please share as many details as you can—screenshots and videos are especially helpful. This helps us understand the issue and work toward a solution.

After we get your report, we may reach out to you for more details. If we already have all that we need, we’ll forward it to the team right away for further investigation and a possible fix.
