Why does the game say my connection is unstable?
While playing the game, you might get a message that says "Your connection is unstable." If this message happens often or doesn't go away:
If you're connected to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:
Turn off Wi-Fi on your device and see if that fixes the problem.
Note: You will then be using mobile data while playing the game. If you want to use Wi-Fi to play, follow these steps:
Turn off your device, then unplug your modem and router from power.
After 30 seconds, plug in your modem and router.
Wait for your modem and router to boot and your Wi-Fi network is working again. (This may take a minute or more.)
Turn on your device.
Try the game again.
If you're using a mobile or cellular network, try connecting to Wi-Fi to fix the problem.
