Netflix Error 3-5033
This title cannot be played because it exceeds the maximum maturity rating set in your parental controls.
Code:3-5033
This error on Apple TV means the TV show or movie's maturity rating is higher than your Netflix profile allows.
To fix the problem:
Check your profile's maturity level
You can change your profile's allowed maturity rating and other parental controls from the Profile & Parental Controls Settings of your account. To learn more, go to Parental controls on Netflix.
If your profile's maturity rating setting is higher than the maturity rating of the TV show or movie, follow the steps below.
Sign out of Netflix
Apple TV 2 or Apple TV 3

Open Netflix and go to the home screen.

If your account has profiles, select Switch Profiles. If your account does not have profiles, go to the next section.

Select Sign Out.

Sign back in, then try Netflix again.
Apple TV 4 or Apple TV 4K

Open Netflix, then press the Menu button
on your remote. -
Select Settings.

Select Sign Out.

Sign back in, then try Netflix again.
