Create your own character by choosing your name, pronouns, and appearance.

New clients unlocked through your selling journey are introduced with a Client Card. The card has client information that you can use to make good choices when making a sale or interacting with them.

The Persuasion Meter appears during property showings with potential buyers. Remember what clients are looking for in a property and choose the correct answer to raise the meter.

Unlock Rewards from your first sale commission. Continue leveling up and progressing through the game to earn bigger rewards.

Making a sale will unlock a new neighborhood. There are 5 to unlock in total:

• The Valley

• Hollywood Hills

• Malibu

• Beverly Hills

• Bel Air

The properties and the commissions are bigger in new neighborhoods. The clients will get more famous - and more challenging - as well.

Unlock a new Wardrobe designed for each neighborhood. These are stored in your Closet, which will open at specific moments during the game. Collect them all by playing the full story!
