How to use Netflix on your Tesla display

Use this article to learn about Netflix on your Tesla touch-screen display, and how to set up and sign out of your account.

• Netflix is available through the dashboard touch-screen display when the vehicle is parked.

• Netflix is available globally with the exception of Hong Kong and areas where the service isn't available.

Sign Out of Netflix

To connect to your Netflix account, navigate to the Entertainment section of your dashboard and follow the steps below.

1. Select Netflix.

2. Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In and follow the instructions on the screen.

To sign out of the Netflix account on your device, follow these steps.

1. Go to the Netflix home screen, then go left to open the menu.

2. At the bottom, select Get Help. > Sign out > Yes.

   Note:If you don't see Get Help, go up and select Settings.

Note:Streaming resolution is limited to 720p. For Tesla touch-screen displays that have a vertical orientation, the Netflix player will appear horizontally with black bars above and below the player.
