Netflix Error 5.7.1

There is a problem playing the video. Please try again. (5.7.1)

This error means an issue with your Android phone or tablet stopped Netflix from playing. Follow the steps to fix this error.

Quit and reopen the app

1. Go to your device's home screen or apps list.

2. Tap and hold the app, then tap App info.

3. Tap Force stop > OK.

4. Reopen the app, then try again.

Turn your device off, then back on

1. Turn off your phone or tablet. Make sure it's turned off, not just locked.

2. Turn it back on.

3. Try Netflix again.
