How to use Netflix on your TCL TV

Use this article to learn about Netflix features on your TCL TV, and how to set up and sign out of your account.

To connect your TCL TV to your Netflix account, make sure you are on the Home screen and select the option below that best describes your device.

  1. Press the Netflix button.

  2. Select Member sign in and follow the directions on the screen.

To start over or sign in with a different email address at any point during this process, use the arrow keys on your controller to enter the following sequence:

  • Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up

  • Select Sign Out, Start Over, or Deactivate.

  1. Press the Menu button on the remote.

  2. Select Connection.

  3. Select Netflix, then press OK.

  4. Select Member sign in and follow the directions on the screen.

To start over or sign in with a different email address at any point during this process, use the arrow keys on your controller to enter the following sequence:

  • Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up

  • Select Sign Out, Start Over, or Deactivate.

  1. From the home screen, select Netflix.

  2. Select Sign In and follow the directions on the screen.

To start over or sign in with a different email address at any point during this process, use the arrow keys on your controller to enter the following sequence:

  • Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up

  • Select Sign Out, Start Over, or Deactivate.

To sign out of the Netflix account on your device, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Netflix home screen, then go left to open the menu.

  2. At the bottom, select Get Help > Sign out > Yes.

    Note:If you don't see Get Help, go up and select Settings.

If you can't find Get Help, Settings, or Sign out:

  1. Using your remote, press these buttons in this order: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.

  2. On the menu that appears, select Sign out, Start Over, Reset, or Deactivate.

Sign out of Netflix

  1. Begin from the Netflix home screen.

  2. Press the Back button on your remote.

  3. Select the Gear icon on the right.

  4. Select Sign out.

  5. Select Yes to confirm.
