This varies by country and depends on local regulations. Unless otherwise stated, Netflix charges will include VAT or GST in countries where VAT or GST is collected. In those countries, VAT or GST tax is included in the advertised Netflix price.

On June 27th, 2018 a new 21% sales tax on digital services took effect in Argentina.
On January 1, 2018, a 22% value added tax (VAT) was applied to digital services in Uruguay. This tax is stated separately on your monthly invoice, which can be accessed in the Billing Details section of your Account page.
