How is the tax amount determined?

Tax rates can vary by county, city, or state, and are based on the rates applicable at the time of your monthly charge. These amounts can change over time with local tax requirements.

Does the monthly Netflix charge include sales tax?

The Netflix advertised price does not include sales tax. If sales tax applies, it is stated separately on your monthly invoice, which can be accessed in the Billing details section of your Account page.

Where can I get an invoice for the Netflix service?

Go to the Billing Details section of your Account page, and select a date to see the invoice for that month.

Why don’t I see my Tax ID information on my billing invoice?

Tax IDs are only collected in countries where it is required by law. For privacy reasons, we do not provide this information on your billing invoice. Please note that Netflix is for personal use and cannot be claimed as a personal or business expense.
