If you see an error on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch that says
Cannot play title. Please try again later. (30103)
It usually means info on your device needs to be refreshed. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.
When do you see this error message?
Press and hold the side button and one of the volume buttons at the same time until the sliders appear. Drag the top slider to turn your device completely off.
If the sliders don't appear, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears, then drag the slider.
After 10 seconds, press the Sleep/Wake button.
Once your device powers on, try Netflix again.
You may see this error if you use an HDMI adapter to play video from your Apple device on an external display. To resolve the issue:
Check your iOS version. Your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch must be running iOS 11.2.6 or higher.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down and select General.
Select About. The version number will be listed next to Version.
Make sure you're using a compatible HDMI adapter. Incompatible adapters may prevent Netflix from playing your content.

If you don't see the Downloads icon, tap More , then My Downloads.
At the upper right, tap Edit .
To remove the title from your device, tap the red X icon.
Download the title again.
