Netflix Error tvq-cs-102

If you experience the error code tvq-cs-102, often accompanied by the following message:

This email address is already in use.
You may have another account using this email.

It means that your email address is already in use on a Netflix account. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

It’s possible that you mistakenly opened a second account by mistyping an email or using a different email address to sign in.

  1. Visit netflix.com/loginhelp.

  2. Select the option to reset your password by Email.

  3. Enter your email address and select Email Me.

    • If you received a password reset email, then you may have a duplicate account. Please contact us for further assistance.

    • If you see an error that says “No account found for this email address,” continue troubleshooting below.

You are able to add a different email address to any profile with an All Maturity rating to receive personalized recommendations and other communications from Netflix.

You will need to remove your email address from an existing profile before you can add it to a different profile.

To remove your email from a profile:

  1. Sign in to your Account.

  2. Select Profiles, then choose a profile.

  3. Select Email.

  4. Click Delete email address.
