I can’t enable subtitles or alternate audio on a Kids profile.

If you do not see an option to enable subtitles or alternate audio when you try to watch Netflix on a Kids profile, it typically points to an issue with your device. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.

Blu-ray Player

Older Blu-ray players do not support subtitles or alternate audio on Kids profiles. If you would like to use subtitles or alternate audio, switch to a different profile, then try watching your TV show or movie again.

Smart TV

Older Smart TVs do not support subtitles or alternate audio on Kids profiles. If you would like to use subtitles or alternate audio, switch to a different profile, then try watching your TV show or movie again.
