I'm getting a green screen with no sound.

If you see a green screen with no sound, you may be experiencing an issue with your device. Follow the troubleshooting steps for your device below to resolve the issue.

TiVo

If you see a green screen when you try to watch a TV show or movie:

Powercycle your TiVo
  1. Unplug your TiVo from power for at least 2 minutes.

  2. Plug your TiVo back in.

  3. Try Netflix again.

If you see a green screen at any other time, please contact customer service.
