Free billing for Netflix is currently available to eligible customers who sign up for a new account or rejoin through select set-top boxes, an active Free promotion, or through the Free website.
To sign up for Free billing with Netflix, you must sign up for a new Netflix account or rejoin on the Free website or select set-top boxes, or qualify for and redeem an active Free promotional offer. If you sign up through a promotional offer, you will be automatically enrolled in Free billing after redeeming the promotion. Billing eligibility is determined by Free.
To check if you are billed through Free, visit the Membership and Billing section of your Netflix Account page. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
You can also check with Free to see if Netflix is a part of your service package.
If you no longer want to have Netflix charged to your Free bill and wish to pay directly through Netflix, please visit Netflix.com/YourAccountPayment to switch to a new payment method. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
If you would like to make changes to how you pay your Free bill, please contact Free directly.
Netflix is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed by Free. If you believe that you were charged in error, and you’ve confirmed that no one in your household created an account on your behalf, contact Free for support. If you are seeing the message “Sorry, we can't find an account with this email address” follow the steps below.
Check to see if you are still signed in to Netflix on the device you used to sign up. If so, you can access your account information and update your email address.
If you are signed in to Netflix on your Free set-top box, you should be able to access your account details. Launch the Netflix app and follow these steps:
From the Netflix home screen, press the up arrow on your remote until you reach the menu bar, then select Settings.
To update the account email address, select Change email.
If prompted, enter the account password and select Next.
Enter a new email address and select Next.
Select Back to Settings.
If you're still unable to locate your account:
Sign in to your Free account at free.fr. Make sure you are signed out of Netflix on the device you are using.
Navigate to the self-care portal area and select the option for Netflix.
Select the option to Recover your Netflix Account.
You will be directed to a sign-in page with your email address auto-populated. You can sign in to your Netflix account from this page, and update your email address if necessary.
