Netflix says 'There was a problem with this download. (DLS.101)'

Follow the steps below if you see an error on your Android phone or tablet that says

There was a problem with this download. (DLS.101)

Download the title again

1. In the upper right, tap Downloads, then tap a TV show or movie.

2. Next to a download, tap the download status icon .

3. Tap Delete Download.

4. Go back to the TV show or movie, and download it again.
