TIM billing for Netflix is currently available to eligible customers who sign up for a new Netflix account or rejoin through the TIM website.
To check if you are billed through TIM, visit the Membership and Billing section of your Netflix Account page. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
You can also check with TIM to see if Netflix is a part of your service package.
If you no longer want to have Netflix charged to your TIM bill and wish to pay directly through Netflix, please visit Netflix.com/YourAccountPayment to switch to a new payment method. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
If you would like to make changes to how you pay your TIM bill, please contact TIM directly.
Netflix is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed by TIM. If you believe that you were charged in error, and you’ve confirmed that no one in your household created an account on your behalf, contact TIM for support. If you’d like to cancel your TIM-billed account, visit How do I cancel Netflix?
