WOM billing for Netflix is currently available to eligible customers who sign up for a new Netflix account or rejoin through the WOM mobile app.
To sign up for WOM billing with Netflix, you must sign up for a new account or rejoin through the WOM mobile app. Billing eligibility is determined by WOM.
To check if you are billed through WOM, visit the Membership and Billing section of your Netflix Account page. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
You can also check with WOM to see if Netflix is a part of your service package.
If you no longer want to have Netflix charged to your WOM bill and wish to pay directly through Netflix, please visit Netflix.com/YourAccountPayment to switch to a new payment method. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
If you would like to make changes to how you pay your WOM bill, please contact WOM directly.
Netflix is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed by WOM. If you believe that you were charged in error, and you’ve confirmed that no one in your household created an account on your behalf, contact WOM for support. If you are seeing the message Sorry, we can't find an account with this email address, follow the steps below.
Check to see if you are still signed in to Netflix on the device you used to sign up. If so, you can access your account information and update your email address.
If you are still unable to access your account:
Contact WOM and tell the agent you need help recovering your Netflix login information.
Be prepared to give the agent the email address you wish to use for Netflix.
The agent will follow their internal processes, and within 2-3 days your email address will be updated and you will receive a Netflix email guiding you to reset your password.
