Aussie Broadband billing for Netflix is currently available to eligible customers who sign up for a new Netflix account or rejoin through their Fetch TV set-top box.
To sign up for Aussie Broadband billing with Netflix, you must sign up for a new account or rejoin through your Fetch TV set-top box. Billing eligibility is determined by Aussie Broadband.
To check if you are billed through Aussie Broadband, visit the Membership and Billing section of your Netflix Account page. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.
You can also check with Aussie Broadband to see if Netflix is a part of your service package.
If you no longer want to have Netflix charged to your Aussie Broadband bill and wish to pay directly through Netflix, please visit Netflix.com/YourAccountPayment to switch to a new payment method. If you are unable to access your Netflix account, please see “I’m having trouble signing in to Netflix” below.

Netflix is unable to provide refunds to accounts billed by Aussie Broadband. If you believe that you were charged in error, and you’ve confirmed that no one in your household created an account on your behalf, contact Aussie Broadband for support. If you are seeing the message “Sorry, we can't find an account with this email address,” follow the steps below.
If you are still signed in to Netflix on your Fetch TV set-top box, you should be able to access your account details. Launch the Netflix app and follow these steps:
From the Netflix home screen, press the up arrow on your remote until you reach the menu bar, then select Settings.
To update the account email address, select Change email.
If prompted, enter the account password and choose Next.
Enter a new email address and choose Next.
Choose Back to Settings.
If you still cannot access your account,
Contact Aussie Broadband and tell the agent you need help recovering your Netflix login information.
Be prepared to give the agent the email address you wish to use for Netflix.
The agent will follow their internal processes, and within 1-2 days your email address will be updated and you will receive a Netflix email guiding you to reset your password.
