Customers in Spain can sign up for an eligible Orange package that includes a Netflix subscription.
Once you've signed up for a Orange package that includes Netflix, you'll want to link a new or existing Netflix account.
Once you've signed up for an Orange package that includes Netflix, you will receive an email from Orange that contains an activation link. Click the link and follow the prompts to link your existing Netflix account to your Orange package, or create a new Netflix account to link to your Orange package. If you don't receive the email, you can go to tv.orange.es/netflix/ and follow the prompts to connect your desired Netflix account.

Please contact Orange to see if Netflix is included with your Orange package.

If you cancel your Orange package or service, one of two things will happen:
If your Netflix account has a valid method of payment (credit or debit card, for example) on file, you will continue to stream uninterrupted and we will charge your method of payment.
If your Netflix account does not have a valid method of payment on file, your account will go on hold. To continue streaming, visit netflix.com/youraccount and add a new method of payment.
Once you link your account to your Orange package, your gift balance will be held on your account for future use. In the future, if you cancel your Orange package, we will continue to bill your gift card or promotional balance.
It's possible that you accidentally mistyped your email while linking your account and created a duplicate account. To resolve this, try the following:
Go to tv.orange.es/netflix/ and follow the prompts to sign in to your Orange account.
Select the option to go to Netflix. You will be directed to a sign-in page with your email address auto-populated.
Confirm that the email address you entered is typed correctly. If not, follow the steps under "I accidentally linked the wrong Netflix account to my Orange package. What do I do now?" to update which account is linked to your Orange package.
To unlink your Netflix account from your Orange package and stop paying for Netflix through Orange, please contact Orange customer support.
If your Netflix account has a valid method of payment on file, we will immediately resume billing your method of payment and your streaming will continue uninterrupted. If you do not want to continue your Netflix membership, please contact us after you've canceled with Orange.
If your Netflix account doesn't have a valid method of payment on file, your account will immediately go on hold. To continue streaming, you must visit your Netflix Account page and add a new payment method.
