Customers in New Zealand can sign up for an eligible Spark bundle plan that includes a Netflix subscription.
Once you've signed up for a Spark plan that includes Netflix, you'll want to link a new or existing Netflix account.
Once you've signed up for a Spark bundle that includes Netflix, sign in to the MySpark website and click Activate next to Netflix. Follow the prompts to link your existing Netflix account or a new account to your Spark bundle.

Please contact Spark to see if Netflix is included with your Spark bundle.
If you cancel your Spark bundle or service, one of two things will happen:
If your Netflix account has a valid method of payment (credit or debit card, for example) on file, you will continue to stream uninterrupted and we will charge your method of payment.
If your Netflix account does not have a valid method of payment on file, your account will go on hold. To continue streaming, visit netflix.com/youraccount and add a new method of payment.
Once you link your account to your Spark bundle, your gift balance will be held on your account for future use. In the future, if you cancel your Spark bundle, we will continue to bill your gift card or promotional balance.
It's possible that you accidentally mistyped your email while linking your account and created a duplicate account. To resolve this, try the following:
Sign in to your account on MySpark and click Go to Netflix in the Netflix section.
You will be directed to a Netflix sign-in page with your email address auto-populated.
Confirm that the email address you entered is typed correctly. If not, follow the steps under "I accidentally linked the wrong Netflix account to my Spark bundle. What do I do now?" to update which account is linked to your Spark bundle.
To unlink your Netflix account from your Spark bundle and stop paying for Netflix through Spark, please contact Spark customer support.
If your Netflix account has a valid method of payment on file, we will immediately resume billing your method of payment and your streaming will continue uninterrupted. If you do not want to continue your Netflix membership, please contact us after you've canceled with Spark.
If your Netflix account doesn't have a valid method of payment on file, your account will immediately go on hold. To continue streaming, you must visit your Netflix Account page and add a new payment method.
