How to use Netflix on your Soniq TV

Use this article to learn about Netflix features on your Soniq TV, and how to set up and sign out of your account. If you don't know if your device supports Netflix, follow the steps in the “Set Up Netflix” section.

Netflix is available on select Soniq TVs in the United States and Taiwan.

To connect your Soniq TV to your Netflix account, make sure you are on the Home screen and follow the steps below.

  1. Select Netflix.

  2. Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In and follow the instructions on the screen.

To sign out of the Netflix account on your device, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the Netflix home screen and press the back button on your remote to get to the menu.

  2. If the menu is at the top: Go left to your profile icon, select Get Help, then Sign out, then select Yes.

    If the menu is on the left: At the bottom, select Get Help, then Sign out, then select Yes.

    Note:If you don't see Get Help, go up and select Settings.

If you can't find Get Help, Settings, or Sign out:

  1. Using your remote, press these buttons in this order: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.

  2. On the menu that appears, select Sign out, Start Over, Reset, or Deactivate.
