Netflix Error S7121-1331

If you experience the error code S7121-1331 on your Mac computer, sometimes accompanied by the following message:

Whoops, something went wrong...
Streaming Error
This title is not available to watch instantly. Please try another title.

It means that Safari is in Private Browsing mode. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Turn off Private Browsing

1. In the menu bar, select Safari.

2. Select Preferences.

3. In the General tab, under Safari opens with:, select A new window.

4. Close the Preferences window to save your new setting.

5. In the menu bar, select Safari.

6. Select Quit Safari.

7. Open Safari and try Netflix again.
