How to use Netflix on your OnePlus TV
Use this article to learn about Netflix features on your OnePlus TV, and how to set up and sign out of your account.

Supported Regions
Netflix is available on OnePlus TVs in India.
Navigation
On most devices, you can browse through rows of TV shows and movies, including a row dedicated to your My List selections. Each row represents a category
(such as comedies, dramas, or TV shows) that we show you based on what you’ve watched.
Resolution
Most devices can stream Netflix in high definition on fast internet connections and will play Netflix in the highest supported resolution.
Parental controls
You can set parental controls on individual profiles.
Subtitles & alternate audio
Learn how to turn on subtitles, closed captions, and alternate audio (including 5.1 surround sound), which are available on many TV shows and movies.
Many devices let you choose how subtitles and captions look. Some devices show subtitles and captions in their default appearance, or aren't set up to show subtitles.
On some devices, you can also stream select titles with Dolby Atmos audio.

2019 OnePlus and newer
To connect your OnePlus TV to your Netflix account, make sure you are on the Home screen and follow the steps below.

Begin from your TV home screen.

Press the Netflix button on your remote.

Once in the Netflix app, select Sign In and follow the instructions on the screen.
To sign out of the Netflix account on your device, follow these steps.

Go to the Netflix home screen, then go left to open the menu.

At the bottom, select Get Help > Sign out > Yes.
Note:If you don't see Get Help, go up and select Settings
.
If you can't find Get Help, Settings, or Sign out:

Using your remote, press these buttons in this order: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.

On the menu that appears, select Sign out, Start Over, Reset, or Deactivate.
Netflix is available in Ultra HD on select OnePlus TVs. To stream in Ultra HD, you will need:

A Netflix plan that supports streaming in Ultra HD.

A 2014 or newer Ultra HD TV with the Netflix app that is capable of streaming Ultra HD content at 60 Hz.

A steady internet connection speed of 15 megabits per second or higher.

Streaming quality set to Auto or High.
Netflix is available in HDR on select OnePlus TVs. To stream in HDR, you will need:

A smart TV that supports either Dolby Vision or HDR10 and Netflix.

A Netflix plan that supports streaming in Ultra HD.

A steady internet connection speed of 15 megabits per second or higher.

Streaming quality set to Auto or High.
