Netflix says 'Your account can't be used in this location'

If you get the error code E114 or this message:

Your account can't be used in this location.

It means there might be an issue with your account. To fix the problem, follow the option that applies.

If you didn't create your account directly with Netflix or bought or received your account from an unauthorized retailer, you'll need to sign up for a new account in the same country where you will use it. To see which payment options are available in your country, go to How to pay for Netflix.

Note:The balance of an account paid for with a Netflix Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a new account in your current country.
