This error means the download can't be played because of a change on your Android device. To fix the problem, you need to connect to a Wi-Fi or mobile network and download the TV show or movie again.
Open the Netflix app.
In the lower right, tap My Netflix .
Tap Downloads , then tap a TV show or movie.
Next to a download, tap the download status icon .
Tap Delete Download .
Go back to the TV show or movie, and download it again.
