Netflix has encountered an error. Retrying in [X] seconds.
Code: ui-800-3 (307007)

This error happens when an issue with data stored on your device stops Netflix from playing.

To fix the problem, follow the steps for your device.

These steps will fix this error on smart TVs and devices that connect to a TV, including: streaming sticks and media players, set-top or cable boxes, and Xbox or PlayStation game consoles.

Restart your device
  1. Unplug your device from power.

  2. Press the power button on the device once and wait 1 minute, or leave it unplugged for 3 minutes instead.

  3. Plug your device back in.

  4. Turn your device on and try Netflix again.

Your NVIDIA SHIELD must be running SHIELD Experience version 8.0.1 or higher in order to stream movies and TV shows from Netflix. To update SHIELD Experience:

  1. From the home screen of the device, select the Settings icon.

  2. Select Device Preferences.

  3. Select About.

  4. Select System upgrade.

  5. Select Check for upgrade and then confirm Check for upgrade.

If you do not see the option to update to SHIELD Experience 8.0.1 or higher OR if you need assistance with updating your device, please contact NVIDIA for further assistance.
