Netflix Error NSEZ-403

It typically points to information stored on your browser that needs to be refreshed, or to a network connectivity issue. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Windows or Mac computers

Sign in on another device

To pinpoint your issue, sign in to Netflix on a different device using the same network as your computer.

Note:
If you are already signed in to another device, first sign out of Netflix, then sign in again.
  • If you see an error when you sign in or try to watch on that device, it means we can't connect your account to the Netflix service. Please try again later.

  • If you don't see an error but can't watch on that device, contact customer service.

All other devices

Go to Netflix.com on a web browser
  1. Using a different computer or mobile device, connect to the same Wi-Fi or network as the device having the issue.

  2. Open a web browser, then go to netflix.com/clearcookies and sign in to your Netflix account.

    • If you get the error NSEZ-403, it means there's a temporary issue connecting to your Netflix account. Please try again later.

    • If you don't get an error in your browser while doing this step, there may be a different issue. Contact us for more help.
