Netflix Error NSEZ-403

It typically points to information stored on your browser that needs to be refreshed, or to a network connectivity issue. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue.

Windows or Mac computers

Sign in on another device

To pinpoint your issue, sign in to Netflix on a different device using the same network as your computer.

Note:
If you are already signed in to another device you will first need to sign out of Netflix, then sign in again.
  • If you see an error code or error message when you sign in or try to watch on that device, we are currently unable to connect your account to the Netflix service. Please try to stream again at a later time.

  • If you do not see an error code or error message when you sign in or try to watch on that device, contact customer service.

All other devices

Visit Netflix.com on a computer

To pinpoint the issue:

  1. Using a computer on the same network as your device, go to netflix.com/clearcookies.

  2. Select Sign In and enter your information.

    • If you see the error NSEZ-403, it means we can't connect your account to Netflix. Please try again later.

    • If you don't see NSEZ-403, contact Customer Service.
